Why I Created This Course
After years of teaching Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), I noticed a pattern. Many of my students understood the theory of mindfulness, but they still spoke to themselves with harshness. They would sit to meditate, but their inner voice would say, “You’re doing it wrong,” or “You’re too restless.”
I realized that before we can be mindful, we must be kind.
The Gentle Self Talk Course is a simple, step-by-step training designed to change your inner dialogue from an enemy into an ally.
